EDI

Partnering with DSI has given Roadex the ability to adapt and scale to meet our Customers request of EDI transaction codes. DSI provides complete solutions to integrate and communicate Roadex systems to any of our Customers systems if need.

GPS

The Roadex Fleet is equipped with GPS tracking systems that are broadcasted to the dispatch and location information is then captured in our software so that Customers can either track online or call our service center for live updates and status of their freight.

Reports and Document Retrieval

Customers may need to see or have documentations involved in the Logistics of freight. Roadex systems give our Customers the ability to access and/or view all of the documents. Whether it being a Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, Invoice, Scale ticket, Copy of Pier Pass, or various documents associated with the business processes, Customers can access this online for viewing and printable. If it's reports that Customers need, Roadex and DSI can generate status and tracking reports automatically to our Customers emails as many times per day as requested.
